Ron Casper’s initial training background comes in the way of football. He was a collegiate Defensive Back at the University of Massachusetts, as well as a decorated track star in the 55m, 100m and 200m dash. After college he continued his football career in the Arena League before he ultimately relocated back to San Diego in 2005 and began his Boxing and Muay Thai training at The Boxing Club. Ron competed in each of these arenas before his true passion for Jiu Jitsu began.

Over the course of 7 years, Ron earned his Black Belt, won 3 World Titles and 4 National Titles in the sport of Jiu Jitsu. In addition to training elite and ranked athletes in a variety of sports, Ron also has extensive experience working with the everyday athlete, with real life, health and fitness goals.Ron has been training his entire life and has had a career in the field of fitness for more than 18 years. He is a student of all things athletic and has a wealth of knowledge to share with all with who are interested.
