Lindsey tried yoga throughout her life, but it was not until after college when she found herself sitting in an office for 8 hours a day that she knew that it would play a much bigger role in her life. She became a certified yoga teacher under San Diego Spirit Yoga Studios in 2015. Her passion is to share the exhilaration, energy, and inner peace that can be found in breath awareness and intentional movement.
Lindsey’s classes are uplifting, joyful and fun. She teaches a powerful, challenging, and accessible vinyasa flow with an emphasis on breath, alignment, and feeling. Students in her class feel empowered and connected to themselves in a whole new way. She creates a welcoming and supportive space for students to learn, and have fun breaking down barriers on and off the mat.
