Ryan has been involved with sports his entire life; as a baby, his mother used to say that before he walked, he ran. Nowadays, he stays active by playing volleyball, basketball, running, kickboxing, weight lifting, water sports, hiking, TRX, and yoga. As an avid sports player throughout his youth, Ryan’s highly active lifestyle led him to face multiple injuries, including back and knee injuries and shoulder sprains. Having injuries gave him insight to rehabilitation and empathy towards clients’ aches and pains and care of the human body. Ryan enjoys helping people find a new sport or activity that they enjoy, and in doing so, helping clients increase their quality of life by decreasing pain through strength and flexibility training.
