  • Power Boxing and Power Kickboxing
    • The most innovative boxing and kickboxing classes you will find, designed to get you in shape and help you achieve your fitness goals fast, while incorporating technique of the sport. This intense hour will quickly whip you into the higher fitness level that you desire; each trainer teaches their class with an original program and style, combining different calisthenics and cardio exercises with bag-work training to take you to the next level of boxing or kickboxing. The all-level class is concluded by an intense core and abdomen workout session to ensure an all-encompassing workout for your body.
  • Boxing Workshop
    • Rather than the high-intensity fitness level of our Power classes, Boxing Workshop classes are designed to emphasize a better understanding of the technique of boxing for all levels. In these hour long group classes, your trainer will take you through each punch and help you become a pro at throwing combinations on the bag.
  • Muay Thai
    • Not only are our Muay Thai classes taught by renowned experts of the sport, they will also take you from beginner level up to advanced sparring. With instruction of this Mixed Martial Arts combat sport, you will learn how to use not only punches and kicks but also elbow and knee strikes to take out your opponent.
  • Indoor Cycling
    • Nothing works up a sweat like our hour long spin class. Each spin instructor will take you on a ride, paired with high-energy music, to make sure your body gets the intense workout that it would biking through high terrain.
  • Kid’s Classes
    • If your young one feels the spirit of a fighter within him, or simply wants to try out a new sport after school, our Kid’s Classes are perfect. With some of San Diego’s best trainers leading the classes, children will become skilled at the correct technique of the sport, while learning the responsibility, endurance, and stamina of a boxer.
