For boxing technique and training, your child will needs gloves, wraps and a heightened sense of dedication. Our kids fitness and martial arts program is a great way to build discipline, character, responsibility and self-control. Kids will learn these core values while strengthening both mind and body.
Cross training for competitive sports is one of our specialties as well, with plyometrics leading the way. So, if your child plays soccer, football, basketball, lacrosse, runs track or is on a swim team, we’ll help him or her get to the next level.
