This is an intense class that uses top fitness trend for 2014: H.I.I.T or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you will give all you’ve got – one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. Our phenomenal instructors Jessica & Erica will put you through a nonstop 45 minute class that blasts those extra calories away and finishes with intense core exercises.
